Lewis and Wenner had been living in a room at his home and according to initial booking documents, could not pay the $1500 per month rent. Gina Jaschke, Aunt of Jessica Lewis told Westside Seattle that King County Sheriff's deputies were at the site of Dudley's home impounding numerous vehicles and using a device to scan the grounds presumably for evidence of the murder of Lewis and Wenner or other crimes. These allegations fall under domestic violence." They stated in the certified documents "This allegation and the relationship of the party does not meet the definitions in a sexual assault petition per RCW 26.50.010. ![]() Or leaving my home to work," and that he displayed, and threatened to use a firearm or other dangerous weapons and that he presented a serious and imminent threat to public health or safety. ![]() The daughter further went on to say "I don't feel safe in my home. Forcing me to share a bed with him from age 10, and making me watch him masturbate while he watched pornography." His daughter, now using a different name (real name withheld to protect her privacy), stated in court documents that Dudley "Sexually assaulted me for 9 years from age 10 until 18 (2007) by drugging and raping me. The order, obtained by Westside Seattle was filed in Pierce County Superior Court and accuses Dudley of a ten year pattern of sexual assault. Michael Lee Dudley, the suspect who was arrested on Friday in the double homicide of Burien residents Austin Wenner and Jessica Lewis not only had a violent past, he had a sexual assault restraining order filed against him by his own daughter in June of 2018.
